Welcome to WeddingWaliDidi (“weddingwalididi.in”). These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) constitute a legally binding electronic contract between you (“User”, “Couple”, or “Partner”) and the operators of WeddingWaliDidi under the provisions of the Information Technology Act, 2000 and the rules thereunder.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, browsing, creating a wedding card draft, or purchasing any digital invitation package on WeddingWaliDidi, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must discontinue the use of our services immediately.

2. Description of Digital Services

WeddingWaliDidi is a software-as-a-service platform providing:

• Interactive 3D gatefold digital wedding invitations with wax seal animations and background music.
• Ceremony itinerary scheduling with 1-click Google Maps GPS navigation coordinates.
• Guest RSVP management with tokenized WhatsApp share links.
• AI facial recognition photo indexing and guest gallery search (“Find My Photos”).
• Digital shagun peer-to-peer UPI QR display.

3. User Content & Intellectual Property

Ownership: You retain 100% intellectual property ownership of all personal wedding photographs, couple stories, family names, and custom audio tracks that you upload to the platform.

User Warranty: You represent and warrant that you own or have obtained all necessary licenses, permissions, and consents to display any music, photographs, and logos uploaded to your wedding invitation.

Prohibited Conduct: You agree not to upload any content that is defamatory, obscene, pornographic, promoting hatred, infringing upon intellectual property rights, or otherwise unlawful under the laws of the Republic of India.

4. Commercial Terms & Package Validity

• One-Time Pricing: Packages are billed as one-time fees for your wedding celebration without recurring monthly subscriptions unless explicitly opted into for commercial studio accounts.
• Hosting Duration: Your live celebration invitation link and media remain hosted on high-speed global edge networks with flexible lifecycle management, easy extension options, and cloud archival of celebration memories.
• Payment Gateway: All payments are processed through RBI-authorized payment aggregator Razorpay.

5. Limitation of Liability & Disclaimers

WeddingWaliDidi strives for 99.9% uptime. However, we shall not be liable for any temporary downtime resulting from scheduled maintenance, telecommunication network failures, or third-party edge provider interruptions.

We do not participate in or bear liability for any peer-to-peer digital shagun transactions conducted directly between guests and couples via external UPI apps.

6. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the substantive laws of the Republic of India. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in India.
